Searches “thumbnails” make access to our clients easier. We encourage estate agents to regularly use the “thumbnails” and email suitable properties to our clients. For privacy reasons client details are hidden and only released when clients reply to an incoming email.
Every client has signed our terms of business choosing either “Bespoke Search (LP Retained) client” or “Private Buyer” (negotiation only status). Clients are able to proceed as cash or cash and part mortgage buyers (with finance approved in principal). Lawyers and surveyors are instructed. Our clients are actively looking for property and should be considered as AAA status buyers.
Lowndes Partnership continues to actively search for Bespoke Search clients who have retained us to find and negotiate on their behalf. We filter property emailed to Bespoke Search clients before it is forwarded.
Property emailed to Private Buyers is checked for content but not filtered. (This checking process is necessary as this is an open platform website). Private Buyers have retained us to negotiate on their behalf.
N.B. When sending a property please click “open market” or “off market”. If the property is clicked as open market you are giving us permission to show the property address in the clients property list displayed on the thumbnail. If the property is marked “off market” it will not be displayed in the clients property list.
